LEVI CELLARS SYRAH
ABOUT
THE WINE
Cherry
& berry fruit aromas with smoky notes make this Syrah
inviting. Deep in color and with a full & concentrated
mid-palate this wine represents the characteristics of the
Dry Creek Valley. A Rhone-like blend of Syrah & Viognier
bursts with a touch of California color, from the Petite Syrah,
which also adds to its meaty and peppery depth of flavor.
The finish has a touch of grip with accentuates your favorite
grilled flavors.
FOOD RECOMMENDATIONS
Try
a pan-roasted wild salmon, or something grilled like a rich
rib eye or BBQ ribs. Will also compliment something more elegant
such as duck breast with cherry sauce and Mediterranean herbs.
