Pour
La Vie “For Life”
be
a part of our everyday routine. We hope these sparkling wines inspire
youthful memories of barefoot summers, an afternoon nap
in the shade, a picnic on the beach or twilight rides on a porch
swing. The charmat
process
to produce its effervescence bubbles preserves fruitiness and freshness
of the wine. This is achieved during the secondary fermentation
performed in a temperature controlled, pressurized tank which allows
less exposure to the wine lees rather than the traditional fermentation
in individual bottles. Our label design, through its Art Nouveau
images, is reminiscent of the carefree days found at the turn of
the 19th century. Symbolizing new beginnings and metamorphic-like
changes we go through at one point. May we all experience once again,
even for a moment, the abandonment and joy of living.
